.

You immediately begin to relax and unwind as your senses are assailed by the scent of the invigorating sea air,the sound of the waves and the magnificent view across the golden beach to the neighbouring village of Beadnell, all of which can be enjoyed from the guests patio and garden.

On your arrival, a warm welcome is guaranteed from your hosts Sue and Steve, who will do their utmost to ensure that you stay will be an enjoyable experience.

For many years the Northumberland coast has attracted visitors with a wide range of interests. Golfers, bird watchers, photographers, hikers and bikers have all found their hearts desire here. The colourful past of the area is enough to excite the keenest historian or archaeologist, with new finds being made constantly.

The magnificent gardens of Alnwick and Howick are now on the 'must see' list of gardeners world wide, and for those that can bear to tear themselves away from our unspoilt golden beaches, a trip inland to the beauty of the Cheviot hills brings it's own rewards.

Seahouses itself offers a variety of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. From it's bustling harbour, boat trips can be taken to the nearby Farne Islands with their wonderful diversity of wildlife. Razorbills, Guillemots, Eider Ducks and the ever comical Puffin can all be observed here at close range, whilst you might find yourself observed by one of the many inquisitive grey seals that colonize the rocks

The towering majesty of Bamburgh Castle (quite possibly the most photographed castle in England), the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, cradle of Christianity, and the historic towns of Alnwick (whose castle featured in the Harry Potter movies) and Berwick-on-Tweed all lie within an easy drive of SPINDRIFT, making us the perfect base for your holiday.
